There's no account, no sign-up and no advertising profile. We don't want your data and we don't keep it.
What stays on your phone
Your home address, if you save one, is stored on your own device only. It never reaches us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Your location, if you tap "Use my location", is used to work out your journey and is not stored by us.
What we send onwards
To answer a search, the places you're travelling between are sent to the services that hold the information:
- National Rail, for live train times
- Transport for London, for London journeys
- Bus Open Data Service, for bus disruptions
- OpenStreetMap, for place search and road distances
- Wikipedia, for the destination photograph
These are sent as place names and coordinates for the journey, with nothing identifying you attached.
Hosting
The app runs on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes requests to keep the site running and secure. We don't run analytics, and we don't track individual users around the app.
Commission links
When you tap a hotel link, a script from CJ Affiliate tags the visit so the booking site knows it came from here, which is how we earn a small commission. That tag goes to CJ and the booking site, not to us, and we never see who booked or what they paid. Booking.com and CJ have their own privacy policies.
If you'd rather avoid it, open the booking site directly instead of tapping through.
Cookies
We don't set cookies ourselves. The commission script and the sites you tap through to may set their own.
Children
The app isn't aimed at children and collects nothing that would identify anyone.
Your rights
Since we hold no personal data about you, there's nothing for us to show you or delete. If you think otherwise, email us and we'll look into it.
